Who controls your data
Creative Thinking Systems is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can contact us at hello@creativethinkingsystems.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us. Depending on the form you use, this can include:
- Your email address.
- Optional context you choose to share with the AI Readiness Diagnostic: organisation name, your role, and country.
- Your responses to the eight diagnostic questions, the resulting score, and the timestamp of submission.
- Whether you opted in to our newsletter.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
Why we collect it
- To send you the workbook or personalised report you requested.
- To send you the newsletter, if you opted in.
- To reply to you if you contact us.
- In aggregate and anonymised form only, to inform a future sector benchmark on AI readiness in the cultural and creative sector.
How long we keep it
Diagnostic submissions are retained for as long as we operate the diagnostic. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete any of your data at any time.
Who has access
Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) and processed by our transactional email provider, Resend, for the sole purpose of delivering the email you requested. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@creativethinkingsystems.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Newsletter
The newsletter is optional. The opt-in is unticked by default. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter email or contacting us.
Changes to this notice
If we make material changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page and note the change below.
